      Description

We currently provide the following info in a recovery trigger's job data map:

      FAILED_JOB_ORIGINAL_TRIGGER_NAME
      FAILED_JOB_ORIGINAL_TRIGGER_GROUP
      FAILED_JOB_ORIGINAL_TRIGGER_FIRETIME_IN_MILLISECONDS

We should also provide the scheduled fire time that the original firing time occurred for.

Also convenience methods, such as on JobExecutionContext for getting at these cleanly.

I've added scheduled fire time to the job data available. I've also aligned and fixed many of the details of recovery job execution/scheduling. There is a new method for accessing the trigger key for the original firing trigger (on the JobExecutionContext), and the original scheduled firing time is now the same as the scheduled time of the recovery job.
