Description

With the Montreal refactoring, when heap is only a cache in front of some other tier, the changing maxEntriesLocalHeap won’t be honored

i.e. net.sf.ehcache.store.cachingtier.CountBasedBackEnd.maxEntriesLocalHeap is final and, obviously, not updated
