These methods are currently no-ops but need to implement clustered locking using the locks apis similar to what we do in BlockingCache.

Can you exmplain if after this change ehchae is cluster safe as hibernate second level cache? currently we are using ehcache 2.4.3 in weblogic cluster with and we have locking problems.
