After investigation found that package “offheap-store” is missed in the Jar file.

* Ehcache 3 issues are to be reported on https://github.com/ehcache/ehcache3/issues

* This is expected, ehcache 3 has a dependency on offheap-store - see [release notes

https://github.com/ehcache/ehcache3/releases] that have been updated to indicate this.
