Why is the Windows kit 95MB and the generic is like 50 ish?

We bundle Tomcat 5.5 and JRE in windows kit when generic doesn’t

just adding JRE should not cause 45M difference.

when unzipped the tar file is 72.5Mb, with the addition of the jre, and various installanywhere foo this, would reasonably makeup the extra padding.
