Description

txt files viewed in Notepad on Windows are not formatting correctly. Viewing in any other editor on windows is fine.

BTW: If we change to follow Windows format our Linux based files will end up with the dreaded ^M line endings. I agree that we should review this at some point but it is only notepad.

NOTE: This is an externally viewable issue.

Workaround is to use Wordpad, Write, or any other text editor.
