Description
When attempting to launch terracotta sample applications I get the following errors on my Windows Vista machien with an AMD 64 processor:
3227 [main] DEBUG Sigar - no sigar-amd64-winnt.dll in java.library.path
org.hyperic.sigar.SigarException: no sigar-amd64-winnt.dll in java.library.path
at org.hyperic.sigar.Sigar.loadLibrary(Sigar.java:160)
at org.hyperic.sigar.Sigar.
I downloaded the appropriate sigar-amd64-winnt.dll (http://svn.hyperic.org/dist/SIGAR_1_5_0_1/lib/?root=Hyperic+SIGAR) and put it in my %TC_HOME%\lib directory and it works fine.

I have added this library and it will be included in the next kit.

Tested with Terracotta 2.7.2-nightly, as of 20081208-121222 (Revision 10995 by cruise@WXPMO0 from 2.7), the sigar-amd64-winnt.dll file is added under /install-root/lib as expected.
If time in 2.7.2 lets do it. Per Taylor Sure let’s just add it - if it’s an unsupported platform and it breaks we can get issues on it but not resolve them.
