Description
ThreadExecutor instance not handed down to ThreadPool, threads are launched with Thread.start(). This breaks application servers that don't support this (e.g. Websphere)
I got the information on how to set up Quartz on Websphere from this old JIRA issue. This should be added to the "best practices" or similar.
