Allow "Nth and Nth xxxday of month" cron expresssions

I'd really like to be able to express the "first and third Tuesday of the month" in a single trigger. That doesn't seem possible so I have to fall back to having two triggers defined for such a Job.

Such a syntax might not be all that hard to implement: commas might be allowed in these expressions, analogously to their use in the minute field, etc.

0 10,35 0 ? * TUE

cron-expression might be designed to handle

0 0 0 ? * 3#1,3
or
0 0 0 ? * 3#1,3#3
